We decided to eat here based on the reviews& First of all, it was cold as hell. The potatoes were very burnt and crunchy as well as the bacon. The cheese on the terrible eggs wasn’t even melted, the pancakes tasted dry. The best thing i ate at this place was the toast and the orange juice. Overpriced terrible food. They are lucky I was STARVING and didn’t feel like complaining.

I had a great experience! My server was super nice and helpful. I couldn't decide between the biscuits and gravy or country fried steak. She asked the cooks and managed to combine them together for me. I was super happy getting to try them both in one dish! My dish was country fried steak with potato hash and sunny side up eggs. Steak covered in gravy that was substituted with sausage gravy and I chose my bread option as the biscuit!

My recent experience at this diner was extremely disappointing. To begin with, there was a fly that emerged from the restroom and ended up on my food, which was absolutely revolting. The food itself was excessively greasy and lacked any semblance of quality. Adding insult to injury, they had the audacity to impose a 3.5% credit card charge, which felt like a blatant money-grab. If I could, I would rate this place 0 stars; it was a truly unpleasant dining experience.

When a breakfast place says ham slice. Most are lunch meat, not this place. A real slice of ham to go with fresh eggs and squeezed oj. I'm there. Note the hash browns have a seasoning on them similar to old bay.

I'm SO GLAD we had the chance to try this diner! I can only attest to the breakfast food, because that's all we had. But if the rest of their food is as good as their breakfast, then it's amazing! They had the best sausage gravy and biscuits ever! The grilled cinnamon roll was awesome. The pancakes were good. The staff was so pleasant and friendly. The prices were decent. If you live around there, you GOTTA try it!!!!

Very busy and loud on Saturdays. Nothing very notable in terms of atmosphere. Interesting artwork, but it still gave out that typical diner vibe. Seats were hard and uncomfortable. Though overall relatively affordable to dine here, I still find the salad pricey. Not sure if it's a norm in Pittsburgh, but who puts strips of processed cheese in a salad??? The quality of the service was undoubtedly the best part of my visit, but I'd skip this Kelly O's location.

Best place for breakfast!!! The kitchen Manager knows her stuff!!! Food was out of this world!!! Their homemade hot sausage is the best I’ve had!! Wait staff, especially Samantha was working so hard, running around help everyone!!! Great atmosphere and place to eat! Would recommend this 10 out of 10 times😊😊😊😊

I love this place. The breakfast burrito is sooo delicious 😋 I add turkey sausage to it, and wow 😍 so yum 💯 The grilled cinnamon roll...omg...just get one! 💖 I love the diner vibes and the friendly staff. Sam provides exemplary service and she always makes us feel right at home.
